{"id":489,"date":"2017-05-03T17:20:01","date_gmt":"2017-05-03T17:20:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/morningmusicofrockland.org\/?page_id=489"},"modified":"2017-05-04T19:15:25","modified_gmt":"2017-05-04T19:15:25","slug":"meet-and-greet-concert-2017-featuring-stephen-fuller-quartet","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/morningmusicofrockland.org\/?page_id=489","title":{"rendered":"Meet and Greet Concert, 2017 Featuring Stephen Fuller Quartet"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>MMC Holds Highly Successful &#8216;Membership Meet &amp; Greet&#8217; Jazz Concert<\/p>\n<p>On Sunday, April 30, 2017 the Morning Music Club (MMC) hosted a Membership Celebration to a packed highly enthusiastic audience at the acoustically perfect Rockland Conservatory of Music on South Main Street in Pearl River.<\/p>\n<p>The program featured the renowned Stephen Fuller Quartet which performed great classic standards such as the indomitable &#8216;Ol&#8217; Man River&#8217; accompanied by Tomoko Ohno on piano, Nicholas Scheuble on drums and Belsen Bullock on bass.<\/p>\n<p>Fuller, bass\/baritone, performs in Manhattan, Israel, Central America and the Caribbean.\u00a0 Ohno studied piano with Rufus Reid and has appeared at Lincoln Center and Carnegie Hall.\u00a0 Scheuble has also performed at Lincoln Center.
